If something happens, usually people concentrate on the negative side. And, it is not because they want to but they are wired to do so. However, it’s not the negativity that really bothers other people, its the negative cycle that is taken by others as the result of the negativity that they are spreading. This is a cycle.
The only way to eradicate this cycle is by being able to control what thoughts you are putting out there and being aware of how it could affect other people. Words can build you up or break you down, it just depends how you use it.
Whether you believe it or not, if you could just focus on good for 7 days straight and not listen to the negative side of you, you will be a changed person. Remember if you listen or get any negative thoughts during this time, you will have to start from day One. This is easier said than done, I have experienced this myself; I had to try atleast 100 times (okay, I might be exagerating a bit here) but eventually I managed to do it and learnt some valuable lessons along the way.
